African American sponsorships support the endeavors of African Americans who have participated in or who wish to participate in academic, scientific, artistic and other activities, as well as organizations specific to African American culture and for the benefit of African Americans in general.
Sponsorships for African Americans apply to organizations such as the NAACP and other associations having to do with education, legal rights, child welfare, voter registration, medical reform and other active organizations.
